Holiday Recipe #1: Bone Broth Pasta Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Nutra Nourished Bone Broth Powder
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup farfalle pasta
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian mixed herbs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Optional for serving: Sour cream

 


Cooking the Pasta

1. Prepare the Broth

Dissolve 2 tablespoons of Nutra Nourished Bone Broth Powder in 2 cups of hot water. Stir until fully combined.

2. Cook the Pasta

Add the farfalle pasta to the bone broth and cook for about 8 minutes, or until al dente. Drain thoroughly.



Seasoning and Air-Frying

3. Season the Pasta

Transfer the cooked pasta to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.

4. Air-Fry to Perfection

Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crispiness.

5. Cool and Serve

Once golden and crisp, drain the pasta chips on a paper towel. Let them cool before serving for the ultimate crunch.
