For the cauliflower rice

How to Make It

Cook the cauliflower rice

  1. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion until softened. 
  2. Add the cauliflower rice, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  3. Then pour in the bone broth.
  4. Stir occasionally and cook until the liquid is absorbed and the cauliflower is tender.

 

Bake the beef sausage

While the cauliflower rice is cooking, pop your grass-fed beef sausage in the oven and bake until golden and cooked through. (You can also pan-fry or air-fry if you're in a hurry!)

 

Assemble & serve
